This 1/2″ Threaded Quick Hydraulic Coupling from the Harvester line, is compatible with M24x1.5 mm thread (marked as "M"). Connection and disconnection are achieved by screwing the male part into the female part. Features include trivalent zinc surface finish, thread locking, PTFE anti-extrusion rings, and NBR (Nitrile Rubber) seal. Models available: Male (5167), Female (5168) and Complete Set (5169).

Simple Connection & Disconnection

Connection: Align the male coupler’s positioning key with the female coupler’s key slot, screw the male part clockwise into the female part until the thread is fully locked—no additional tools required, manual operation is sufficient for firm connection.

  1. Disconnection: Rotate the male part counterclockwise to unscrew, direct separation without hydraulic oil splashing (internal seal structure effectively blocks oil leakage during disassembly).

  2. Post-Installation Check: After screwing, gently pull the two ends to confirm no loosening; the connection surface fits tightly without gaps, ensuring stable hydraulic transmission under harvester vibration.
