Before a mixed order leaves our factory, every part must match the packing list and the customer's drawing. This week, the Ruihua Hardware team completed a pre-shipment check for a European customer.

The order covered several connection families and sizes. Part labels in the inspection photos included 1CM, 1C, 2C, 1DB, 20491C, 20411, 2C9, 2B9, 3C9, 6C9, 4J and 87612 series items.
Straight adapters connect two ports in the same flow direction. Reducing versions join different thread sizes. During inspection, we compare the part code, thread combination and overall shape with the approved order data.

Elbows help route a hydraulic line where straight space is limited. Bulkhead fittings pass through a panel or mounting point. For these parts, orientation, locknut position and sealing features need a clear visual check.

The shipment also included hose-tail fittings and flange-style connections. We check the hose-tail profile, sealing face and connection end. These details must agree with the customer's hose and port specification.

Our pre-shipment review follows the order line by line. It combines document matching with a visual check of the actual parts.
Each sample is placed with its identification card. The inspector checks the Ruihua Hardware code, the customer's reference code and the ordered quantity. This step reduces the risk of similar-looking fittings being mixed.
We look at the thread form, size marking, cone or sealing face, O-ring location and captive seal where applicable. Thread compatibility cannot be judged by diameter alone, so the order specification remains the reference.
The visible surfaces are reviewed for burrs, impact marks, damaged threads and plating defects. Sealing faces receive extra attention because scratches in these areas can affect assembly and leak control.
O-rings, bonded seals, locknuts and protective caps are checked when they are part of the ordered configuration. Small components are packed with the correct fitting so the customer receives a complete item.
After approval, parts are separated by code and protected for transport. Individual bags and thread caps help prevent contact damage and keep different sizes from being mixed during delivery.
Mixed hydraulic fitting orders often contain several standards, thread forms and sealing methods. Many parts look similar at a glance. A structured inspection helps buyers reduce three common risks:
incorrect items reaching the assembly area;
damaged threads or sealing faces being found too late;
missing seals or locknuts delaying installation.
The inspection also creates a clear record before dispatch. Photos can show the product type, identification card and packing condition. This gives the buyer a practical reference when the shipment arrives.

If a hose fitting is involved, include the hose standard and size. For a flange connection, include the flange series and pressure class required by the system.
