What hydraulic fittings actually do in the field

A hydraulic system is a closed loop. The pump pushes oil. The cylinder or motor turns that pressure into motion. Between those points, hoses and tubes carry the oil. Fittings join those lines to pumps, valves, cylinders, and manifolds.

Without the right adapter, oil leaks. Pressure drops. The machine slows down or stops. Worse, a wrong thread can crack a port and cost thousands in downtime. Material handling and logistics
